By registering with Dating Club Spain S.L. (‘DateClub’), booking a DateClub event or using this website, you are indicating your acceptance of these DateClub Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of these terms and conditions.

DateClub aims to offer around 15 dates at each event but is unable to guarantee this quantity. Should any participants not turn up at an event without giving prior notice, the number of dates may decrease.

DateClub may invite media to attend events. You hereby consent to your photo, voice or comments from any event being recorded and used in such media.

By registering with DateClub you understand that DateClub offers an opportunity for meeting new people but DateClub does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. DateClub does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to any further meeting or a successful date subsequently.

DateClub aims to give single people a chance to meet one another in a relaxed environment. DateClub is not a matchmaking service and does not screen or verify the personal information of those participating in our events. DateClub hereby excludes all liability for any inaccurate or misleading information that any participant may provide. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we advise you to do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.

By registering with DateClub, you agree that DateClub is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating in a DateClub event. This includes any loss or damage, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with DateClub. Such loss and damage include, without limitation, personal injury and/or emotional distress and discomfort.

DateClub events are held at venues over which DateClub has no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer loss or damage of any kind whilst participating in a DateClub event, you agree to release DateClub from any liability with respect thereof.

DateClub cannot guarantee use of cloakrooms or storage facilities for personal belongings at its events. Personal belongings are your sole responsibility and DateClub cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of any items.

By registering with DateClub, you guarantee that you are 18 years or older, that you are single, that all other information you provide is true and up to date, and that you will comply with any rules of behaviour and other instructions given at events by DateClub or the venue.

DateClub will refund tickets if you are unable to attend provided you give us at least four working days notice, subject to a 5 euro administration fee.

DateClub has the right to cancel or change the venue and/or date of any event upon as much prior notice as practicable. DateClub will only provide a refund to each participant if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. When you book a DateClub event, you must provide a daytime telephone number or mobile number. DateClub will not make refunds or accept any responsibility for people who turn up for a cancelled event unless they have provided us with accurate telephone contact details.

DateClub has the right to refuse any person access to or exclude any person from any event, without notice and at its sole discretion, including in particular should they be in breach of any of these terms and conditions. DateClub may also terminate your membership immediately if you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions.

DateClub is not liable for any loss or damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the DateClub website. DateClub reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the website or change any fees at any time. If you have any technical difficulties when using the site or if you wish to make any comment regarding the services provided by DateClub or these terms and conditions, please write to info@dateclubspain.com.

All copy, layout, images, diagrams and functions on our website are protected by intellectual-property law, including but not limited to copyright law and trademark law. No page or part thereof may be used, reproduced, altered or distributed, whether in electronic or hard-copy form, without the express permission of DateClub. Infringements will be prosecuted to the limits allowed under civil and criminal law.

DateClub reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and will post amendments on the dateclubspain.com website upon any such change. The amendments will become effective immediately after they are posted on the website and any use of DateClub services after such date is subject to these amendments.

The DateClub website is controlled by Dating Club Spain, S.L., incorporated on 11/03/2005, and is registered in the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona in Volume 37325, Sheet 180, Record B 307332, Inscription 1, with C.I.F. number B63761613
